Solution Review Board
Once approval is given a project can be spun. The SRB will then be involved. Create a high level design and a low level design and present the solutions to the stakeholders.
Once implementation is over then handover documents such as training and operations guide need to be made.
It depends on the organization on who owns and runs with these steps. But generally an architects, business analyst, and project managers are involved.
The feedback traceability matrix ensures that what is implemented matches the identified customer’s problems.
